Telemedicine

Dr. Joshua is licensed to practice telemedicine in the states of Colorado and Oregon.

Before moving to Denver in 2019, Dr. Joshua managed a successful private practice in Adult Psychiatry located in Ashland, Oregon. Her ventures into telemedicine began as a means to continue caring for her Oregon patients while starting her Colorado practice. She found the telemedicine approach effective and made a decision to move to telemedicine for all clients in both Oregon and Colorado.

Telemedicine is a beneficial method for working with Dr. Joshua.  The opportunity to have a session without traveling away from home or work can be a welcome relief in stressful times.

Please note that Oregon telemedicine patients will need to have an active Primary Care Provider (PCP) who is willing to provide call coverage for Dr. Joshua for times when she is out of the office. PCP must be willing to provide prescription refills if necessary for the times when Dr. Joshua is unavailable. Dr. Joshua will be glad to speak directly to your PCP to review these details. Dr. Joshua will not be prescribing Schedule II medications to Oregon patients, this includes amphetamine prescriptions commonly used for ADHD.

Fees can range from $185-$490 per session depending on the service being offered. Dr. Joshua is a private pay practice.* She can provide a billing statement for you to submit to your insurance. This is not a guarantee for reimbursement.

Dr. Joshua looks forward to providing mental and emotional care for the residents of Oregon and Colorado. You can reach her at 541-482-2410.

*Dr Joshua accepts check or credit card for payment of sessions.
